ASIO 2.0 cheap sound card

Is there an ASIO 2.0 supporting sound card for under $100 or so? Or if used up to $50. I will not buy a used soundcard for over that amount-dont ask why I just wont)

Or maybe a soundcard that is cheap and has third party asio 2 drivers.

And what will the aproximate latency be?

Well if you can find one that supports Kernal Streaming you can just use ASIO4ALL to add ASIO support.
