Does anyone know where to find the Music videos on the desktop app for Windows?

Well, great news. I was streaming from both my Mac in the downstairs office which has a 30 mbps connection and upstairs in one of our smaller rooms on a win7 PC, which has a 13mbps connection. Everything worked great. I was streaming off playlists for around 4 hours. No start up issues, or drops. My 45 min commute home didnt have any issues either on my Verizon phone. It's a work phone and we have unlimited data with no caps. I'll keep using it as often as I can throughout my trial period.

The videos are only available through the web application, not the downloaded desktop application.  I think the web application is generally nicer to use though.

Now that I've canceled and my monthly subscription runs out March 28...everything works fine again, including yesterday evening.  I may renew if this holds up until March 28.

$20 per month is totally fine as a price point for me, it is worth it.  Issue for me is more who is getting that $20, I'd rather pay for product and not for somebody's intellectual property first-to-the-courthouse tricks.

Thanks for clearing that up Steve!

Just finished reading all 38 pages of comments :)

I'm having no issues for over a month now with Tidal here (near Toronto on a cable) to MacBook Pro or IPad to Apple streaming to Fostex HP-A8C or Fiio E-10k USB from the computer but I too am not so patiently waiting the promised streaming to my Astell and Kern (Anyone heard anything new?). Is there anyway to get offline music from Tidal onto a memory card for use in the AK-100 II while I'm waiting?

I am in the same boat. I have taken the camera kit to connect my iPhone to AK100II. Cumbersome.

I live in Turkey and I've used it for about 2 weeks. Excellent service, no dropouts or anything. The quality is superb.

Found this info.on another site. Uninstall Tidal from you ickstream account, then re-install. You playlist should be accessible again. Worked for me.
