IEM recommandation for mobile use

I recently tested a pair of shure se846 from amazon for a few weeks, they were quite lovely, universal wise, is there anything else decently priced on the market that trumps them? I really enjoyed the bass its important for my personal preference.

I guess Im just seeing what others have to say before I start shopping for a pair of se846 from someone here

Budget is up to MSRP value of 1600$ or so

Look at the Earsonics S-EM6. The bass on them is mad! What filters did you use with the SE846? The thin white ones?

I used the default neutral one that are in it stock

Try the white ones if you get the chance, this gives much more detail up top but won't improve bass.

Any recommandation for a good alternative cable for the se846? I want something that's not too stiff and comfortable and holds well around the ears

You might try the FiiO RC-SE1 which is compatible with the SE846.
