Worst Concert Experience (Bizarre....Dissapointed, Etc.)

Summer of 1977.....Led Zeppelin...I believe "Physical Graffitti" tour.    Chicago Amphitheater.

After about 3 songs Robert Plant announced they could no longer go on.....that Jimmy Page had a case of montezuma's revenge (flu).

Truth is, he could hardly stand up straight.  Seemed completely wasted out of his mind staggering around the stage.  Even though we all got our money back I lost a lot of respect for the band that night.  Colossal waste of time.

Jack White at the Ryman Auditorium in 2012. I have always loved Jack White. I have seen him perform amazing shows with the White Stripes, The Dead Weather, and the Raconteurs. I also loved his first solo album Blunderbus.  However this Ryman show just fell flat for me. The evening was not a total loss though The Alabama Shakes played and rocked the house.

I recently saw a Jack White performance on Austin City Limits on TV. I generally consider myself a fan of Jack White, but I really didn't enjoy his recent performance on that show. I was expecting to enjoy it, so I was surprised when I didn't like it. I thought it was messy and not focused.
