Are there headphone modding services?

Hey everyone, I have recently purchased my first pair of headphones; the Grado sr225e. I love the way they sound but I do have 2 complaints. The cable is large and causes storage issues, I would need removable cables but if I do it myself I know I'll screw my cans up. My second complaint is that they are mostly plastic and look cheap so wood would be a nice mod. I am posting here because I need to know if there are any reliable and trustworthy services in which I can send my headphones to for modding.
