Shure "olive" foam sleeves changed.

So the Shure "olive" black foam sleeves are pretty popular around here, and they've been my tip of choice for years. However, they have now added wax guards, and I swear the actual foam material is different. I find them to be itchier than the originals, and the seal is different. Anyone else have this problem? I thought of all things that would be constant, it would be olives

I didn't really like the foam/comply tips anyways because you have to roll them to get a good seal, and they get messed up when I workout with the Shure IEMs on (the sweat makes the tips loose).

If you want a better seal and more comfort, you can try out the sampler of the Westone Star (silicone and foam/comply tips), or better yet, upgrade and invest in the Sensaphonics Custom Sleeves.  My review of them on this forum talks about them in detail.  Even though my review is with my Shure SE846's, the custom sleeves work on all Shure IEMs.

Hope you are able to find the best tips for your needs!
