What headphones should I buy?

Hello I'm kinda new to this audio thing, but I really want new headphones and I'm not sure what to buy and what amp if the headphones require one. I honestly don't have a favorite genre of music, I just want games to sound a lot better especially when it comes to soundtracks.

What would be best for something like:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgnVEU2ZzTI

I pretty much only play Medieval 2 and WoW haha, but the music in both games is so good and I really want to hear them in much more detail.

My limit is $200, also would I need an amp or whatever?

cheers

Few of us will listen to 5 tracks of someone else's musicgame sountracks.  That's asking a great deal in addition to requesting free advice.

Have you checked out the Buying Guide?

Soundtracks can be classical, rock music, electronic music, etc. So perhaps you need a good all arounder?

Do you need isolation from your environment? If not, open headphones tend to provide a bigger soundstage than closed headphones, creating a better immersion experience in the music and helping with better positional audio in gaming.

Also the youtube versions may be of very different sound quality (usually worse or much worse) than the original.
