I have a gift card for radioshack and I'm trying to choose the best headphone for under 100. Ice narrowed my choices down to the Sennheiser 280 pro, sony mdrv55,JVC has400 or if you see a better paid for the price range let me know.

Are you looking for something fun sounding or neutral?

I've contemplated both. I know the sennheiser are very neutral. I've just read so much good about the jvc's that make me really like to hear them.

I want something that sounds great for music. I already have the Koss Portapro(25th Anniversary edition),panasonic rp hje 120(which are actually quite nice to listen to),and the sony mdr v600(which sound like crap lol). Obviously the portapros are my best sounding headphones and I think the pair I have sounds better than my original portapros. I just really want something new and better. Preferably over ear or on ear. The only problem is I have this 100 dollar gift card to radioshack and their choices are slim.

Are the Klipsch image one ii any good? If not my other choices are sennheiser 280 pro, sony mdr v55,audio technica ath ws55i,jvc has 400, or whatever else that have at radioshack. Can someone please give me a recommendation.

If you want a neutral headphone, i would go for the sennheiser hd280 pros hands down.
If you want a fun can i would go for the audiotechnica ws55.
If you want something in the middle, jvc has400

Yeah. I'm thinking about those. The only downfall is I know they're studio headphones so they won't be fun to listen to music with or least that's what I've read.
