Wharfedale and Dali are two very popular UK brands you might look into for passive speakers.

you dont really asy what you want it for, what you like, what youve heard before, what sound sig your aiming for etc etc etc.

so im going to make a few assumptions.  first that your fairly new to audioland and dont know exactly what it is you are looking for. the socond is that in the UK :-)

therefore the best advice i can give with those two things in mind is find where your nearest richersounds is and go there.  for your budget thats going to the shop of most interest im betting and you can actually get to hear a couple of things.

my second bit of advice is skip the sub.  unless your after tiny little speakers to go on your desk then just get proper "bookshelf" speakers and have done with.

Those have aptx. That's nice. Make sure you use that if you can when transmitting wireless. smily_headphones1.gif
