Is the EHP-O2D good for a desktop AMP/DAC?

I have heard people mentioning portability with this. I would only be using it at home but have heard it is an amazing package and delivers quality sound. Is it worth it as a permanent desktop sound solution and can this drive high impedance headphones with ease?

Thanks in advance.

The O2 headphone amplifier used in the EHP-02D can drive headphones from 12-Ohms to 600-Ohms

The ODAC DAC and O2 amplifier and the combo like the EHP-02D seem to be well liked by their owners.

For playing music audio files try Foobar2000.
