LCD-2 Amp, worried about current one.

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me..

I'm receiving my LCD-2's with fazor on Monday and had some concerns:

It says on Audeze's website that the optimal power requirement for them is 1-4 watts, I currently have an o2 amplifier + ODAC, and I believe it delivers much less power than 1-4 watts at 70 Ohms, but I am unsure.

(If anyone could do the math and help me find out what it can push out, that'd be wonderful)

Will it just be noticeable in volume? What else can I get instead, and can someone please explain how "More Power" changes anything besides volume? Does it give more "Bandwidth" for dynamics?

I see people all the time that say more power = volume, but I have yet to see a good explanation of the contrary side with scientific or well-thought-out explanations.

I wanted to get a mini-x a100 from emotiva, but I'd prefer to buy used so I could save money, ( I found a few listings in the classifieds, but most are already sold, and one other is overpriced IMO.)

I am open to other options for amps, preferably under $400 and preferably solid state if possible.
