I need an upgrade really bad and I do not know much about IEMs. Can anyone give me a few names?

Hi
Give us some more info what type of sound do you like and what kind of music and what's going to power them. The 150$ and below has tons of good IEM.

I listen to almost all music (I have a job in radio, so yeah). But I really like Progressive House (EDM) and all forms of rock music.

I'm just looking for something that is super flat. They will mostly be powered by my Phone and sometimes the Fiio ALPEN-E17 from my PC

RE-400 just not much bass but great detail and 99$.
If you are looking for something with more low end the DN1000 can be had for under 200$ but need to look around for sale.

If I was to raise the price range to 250$ what would you suggest for around there?

So I just got the DN2000 paid 270$ and with all the tips and spacers that come with it you can have just about any sound you want, and next week you can have the sound you want then too! The shure 425 are nice to you may find them under 300$.
PS the DN1000 are nice a friend has them and they come with lots of tips and spacers too I was about to order my own when I fond the DN2K on sale and that was that.

Anybody else feel me about the Shure SE215? Great isolation. Great fit via a good selection of stock tips. No amp required to drive them. They're just transparent enough that I can hear the difference between the output stages on my 5S and Nexus 4 with them. They're also closer to flat but with some decent bass presence and impact. $99USD.

I will second the Hifiman RE-400 rec, which I currently own.  Absolutely superb for $99, and the pairs being sold on Amazon now come with a ton of extra tips of all sizes and shapes, including some foam Comply tips.

If you want something a little more fun and V-shaped for rock, look at the JVC HA-FXT90.  I had a pair of those and loved them.  Great for rock.  A rich, thick sound, but with very nice detail and timbre.  You can get them on Amazon for 90 bucks or less.  They are an absolute steal.
