RESERVED For Trade: Zero Audio Carbo Tenore

Will Ship To: Anywhere

RESERVED

Three days ago I received these Zero Audio Carbo Tenore. Unfortunately they're not my cup of tea.
I'd like to trade it instead of sending them back since I'm going to use the money to buy other IEMS anyway.
I've still got everything that was in the package, including the unused tips and carrying  pouche.

What I'm looking for: more or less neutral, clear + mild subbass.  Price differences are of course discussable.
Im looking for: MOE-SS01, Meelectronics A161P, Philips S1, Vsonic VSD1LE, Ostrys KC06A. Or something comparable to these sets.

I'll post more pictures as soon as I can.
For questions, please feel free to contact me!

Hi Pastapipo, would you be interested in the Onkyo IE-HF300 IEMs?

there's a review thread of it's lesser sibling (w/o the 6N OFC cable). this cable is supposed to be very good indeed, and for the deal price I snagged it at, probably worth it just with the cable alone.

http://www.head-fi.org/t/687124/onkyo-ie-fc300-review-appreciation-thread

where I live at, the most prominent reseller of IEMs has this to say:

http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/electronics-bazaar-259/onkyo-ie-hf300-ear-monitor-iem-earphones-detachable-6n-ofc-cable-vgp2013-winner-4441621.html

I live in singapore, but I have a us address which acts as an in between location for my international shipping forwarding service.

the msrp of the IE-HF300 is $129, but I got them for $70 on an amazon lightning sale. assuming your tenores are in great condition, I would just ask for $70 - whatever you paid for the tenores in total.

I see that you live in the Netherlands. shipping there is no problem for me. do you ship to the US (or singapore?). I believe a good solution would be to just cover each of the shipping cost.

please let me know if you're interested (:

thank you and have an awesome day!

Hey gyx11,

Thanks for the reply and generous offer!

But I'm afraid the Onkyo has too much midbass for me, which is the sole reason I sold the Vsonic Vsd1s.

Thanks again!

Greetings, Mehran

Edit: If I'm wrong, please correct me! I'm deciding on Jokers/Innerfidelity reviews.

Thanks for reply! Hows the subbas on those things? I've read a little about them and its seems like they're too bright for my taste.

Your JVC HA-FXT90 on the otherhand....

It reaches low enough for a balanced armature but it's certainly not gonna knock you down.

And sorry, the 90s are on my "had" list smily_headphones1.gif

Never heard a balanced armature before, so I'm new to that.

I did own a Sony Mh1, which has great bass, but the highs are too smooth to my ears.

If you like the Sony, you'll love the Tenores, which sound like their bigger brother.

Ah, didn't see the "had" word, your impressive "have" list explains why you've sold them all. ;)

Curious, what didn't you like about the Tenores?

The Tenore and Sony MH1 share exactly the same smoothed out treble.

To my ears, they don't sound like real cymbals and make the drumkit sound fake. Therefore I didn't understand why Joker rated the mh1 so highly.

Its a shame because the bass and mids of the Tenores are exactly what I'm looking for. Especially the timbre of the tenores are brilliant. But the smooth treble ruins it for me :'(

After reading Zelda's review, I afraid this is not for me. He speaks of very limited subbass.

Thanks for the offer and the info about these IEMS! Much appriciated. Good luck in selling those pretty things.
