I now can find headphones at the most 100 dollars. i thought about skullcandy crushers but i wanted to make sure i was getting the worth of my money. its hard to find the headphones i want because of the features i want it to have. even if its street brands (NOT BEATS).

1. detachable cable
2. volume/call control

right now i have soul combat transforms and they sound amazing.(i believe that these top brands arnt good but i just took a leap of faith and wasn't disappointed) but I've had to repair the cable a few times so i want to make sure i get new headphones that will last and have the same features with decent quality. these headphones are going to be used only for my phone(GS3) when im on the bus or at school. not for home studio use. any suggestions?

If you are looking for a fun sounding headphone, there's the donscorpio dolphin or m audio q40
The m audio q40 is a great bass head can but no mic

Yea those headphones look nice. Too bad I need that feature though because of school rules about not taking your phone out =\. When I'm in the market for computer ones tho I could look into them

The donscorpio dolphin still has the controls

Theres also the sony x10 if you like basshead headphones. It has the mic and controls like the donscorpio dolphin. The x10s probably have a lot more bass though.

No one has anything say that's different? Small headphones? Clearer? A diffrent brand or anything?

Theres also the polk audio hinge which is pretty bassy but not as bassy as the sony x10s according to other threads.
Theres always the dolphins...

Look into the Logitech UE6000. Recently discontinued, so in you price range. smily_headphones1.gif

At that price range, I was quite surprised by Accidentally Extraordinary 51st Studio. The build quality doesn't seem fantastic, but they both look and sound quite good for the price. I have zero issues with build quality so far, so it could be that they end up being quite reliable. I found them to be comfortable as well. Something to consider at least.

The polls I cant find under 150. The logitech seems great but the 51st better because its ratings and it doesnt leak like the Sony x10s. New favourite one looks alittle weird but really not that bad.

edit: ill be going with the 51st i like them alot thanks for all the suggestions. now how do i pick an answer or sometin lol?

I wouldn't be that the the 51st are "better because its ratings." Many of the negative ratings of the UE6000 on Amazon are about the active noise cancelling feature which doesn't cancel noise that great compared to something like Bose and also many people feel detracts from the audio quality. So many of us who own them just don't use that feature and like the sound without it.

Tyll at Innerfidelity gave the 51st good reviews as a $100 headphone. But he gave the UE6000 glowing reviews at it's original price of $200:
