Man, that look elegant! JVC entering the portable media is a big plus. If only they bring out some portable daps (like their portable cd players) we could have a party soon.

@Leo888 This caught my attention. If this is tuned to perfectly compliment the FX750/850s based on their intended house sound, I am not surprised somehow.

Nobody has tried it?  AK4390 DAC, AK4117 SPDIF receiver, and XMOS async USB interface.  Looking like win so far.  Muses chip(s), too.

Info circulating on sites seems to imply possible upsampling which can be switched off in the back.

Edit: some guys over in Japan are saying it is bright, detailed, and big in sound.  "Carefree sound", too?

JVC Kenwood is going to release a portable Hi-Res headphone amplifier "SU-AX7" in late May. The price will be around ¥55,000.

i am japan now, but now i don't have time, but if you like the good portable sound this is amazing, i saw some japaneses magazines and every magazines  talk very good of this product.
