Need help with choosing in ear headphones

Hi everyone!

I am stumbling since the past few days trying to figure out which headphones (in ear) should I buy. I am from India and have a budget of around $55(Rs. 3200). My music choice mostly includes rock, metal, rap and instrumentals (eg. the piano guys).

Here's what I have shortlisted till now:

Soundmagic E30

Sony MDR XB70AP/B

Signature acoustic C-12

I read E30s don't provide good isolation. Also they look very cheap.

I prefer getting headphones with mic (android) but that is not compulsory. Among the above, only sony one has a mic control.

I haven't looked into Vsonic yet (they are available only through hifinage, not sure about them).

Can you please suggest me which ones should I buy?

Thank you!

You might ask for suggestions in the Chinese/Asian brand thread. There are IEMs that some of us are buying from Hong Kong and other Asian sellers that could be a good value for you. smily_headphones1.gif

Vsonic is definitely a good brand, and available through MP4Nation and Penon Audio, both good international vendors.

The Havi B3 is one you might look into.

Also, lots of IEMs reviewed here. You could see which ones are available though those sellers that you like.

Thank you cel4145.

Sorry I have my exams going on so wasn't able to respond earlier.

I have one more query.

Should I look for warranty? Most brands are not in India.
