I am looking for a over ear headphone, budget is around 300-350 euros

Like the title already says, I am looking for over-ear headphones around 300-350 euros, I mostly listen to electronic and techno but I wouldn't mind a headphone which is allround when it comes to music. The base should also be good. I live in the Netherlands, so hardware can be quite pricy here. I want minimal sound leakage, since I will be using them in public and with my smartphone. I don’t really care about noise cancelation but it would be a nice feature to have. Anyways I hope you guys can find me a good headphone to use. This is my first post on the forums btw.

The Sennheiser Momentum might be suitable, these are good all rounders with a mic cable (Apple though).

Focal Spirit One

Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro

But save up and get the Shure SRH1540!

hello, thanks for your suggestions! I was thinking about spending around 300-350 euros, so I can get something premium the thing is that the SRH1540 is out of my league and that the other headphones you suggested are only half my budget.

I could go for the SRH1540 though, but that depends on how well my trades go in the cryptocurrency market.

Try looking at the Ultrasone range as well, they have a closed-back range of portables - the PRO900 for instance.

Does the SRH1540 require a amp to function at optimal performance? I am wondering this since I don't want to spend an extra 200 euros for an amplifier.

Measured to be 32 ohm with 106 db sensitivity. These will work very well with portable devices without an amp.

The SRH1540 is likely going to need an amp with 99dB sensitivity and 46 ohms :(
