The way how it works, and I know for sure because I talked to Penonaudio and Ostry directy, if you are an authorized dealer you can't set your own pricing and have to follow suggested manufacturer price. As you correctly pointed out, authorized dealers also offer a full warranty, all the products are obviously legit, and often they include bonus goodies. Penon audio is well known for adding bonus eartips with headphones, bonus headphones and adapters with DAPs, offering special pricing on exclusive headphones (Penon IEM), and even doing promotions with cash bash ($30 credit for AP100 purchase). Also, Penonaudio is excellent at treating their loyal customers with a special discount pricing. Just something to keep in mind ;)
