What is a good DAC+amp for Grados?

I recently got the Grado SR125i. I am very impressed by them, I was wondering if I could get even more out of them. What is a good DAC+amp that I could get for around $100? I would be willing to spend a little more for exceptional quality/value. It would need USB or S/PDIF (coax or optical) input for my PC, and if it has optical to connect my PS3 that would be nice but not necessary. I also would like line out to connect my speakers without having to unplug the headphones, but that is not necessary either. The headphone jack can be 3.5mm or 1/4". Portability or aesthetics are irrelevant. Sound quality is the most important feature.

Some options I am considering are:

Fiio Andes E07K

HiFimeDIY Sabre USB DAC 2

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi HD

Which of these sounds the best? Is there something else for a similar price that is better?

Grados are fairly easy to drive. However, they are 32 ohm impedance, and typically a headphone amp should have low output impedance about 1/8 of the headphone impedance for optimum performance. Creative sound cards typically are not a good choice in that regard (not sure about the X-Fi).
