I am in the process of updating my audio set-up and am having difficulty deciding on which pair of headphones to get for it but have narrowed it down to three main contenders the Sennheiser  HD600, Beyer Dynamic DT990 premium 600OHM, and the Sennheiser HD8 DJ. I will take other suggestions in the $300-$400 price range as I am fairly new to high-end audio products. For reference I listen to a large amount of classical  video game soundtracks, mid-range vocals, classic rock and some electronic classical fusion in addition to games movies and pod-casts. Thanks for the help and put the reply in the poll and feel free to pm me any advice.

The HD8 is a closed headphone, somewhat bassy, and not comfortable for long sessions.

The DT990 has a V-shaped FR curve (strong bass and treble, recessed mids), which makes them bad for Classical and Vocals.

The HD600 is an open headphone, very hi-fi, with seductive and natural sound, much more neutral than the others you mentioned.
