best headphones under $35? Details inside

Hey there! Before I'm told to read the stickies I want to say that I have, but a few of them seem a little outdated.

I'm on dat dere poverty time so I cannot afford to invest more than $35 on headphones. I do game but I I'm not looking for a strict "gaming headphone" but rather one to fit my other needs.

Been a musician for the past 8 years, primarily in the orchestra so naturally, my taste in music spans from Stravinsky, to charlie parker, to animals as leaders. These headphones will be to listen to music while I study, compose music on my computer, and a little gaming. I know music composition hardware is a whole other monster but I'm saving up big money for that. Anyway, looking for best quality, closed or open.

Thanks.

I don't know of anything off the top of my head for that price, but I'm sure the guys here: http://www.head-fi.org/t/692119/the-deals-discussion-thread-read-the-first-post/4455#post_10502778 could help you out. Or you can just peruse through the recent pages and see if anything fits your criteria.

You might consider the Sennheiser HD201, these are pretty good for the money. If you're in the USA or similar you can get them at Bestbuy for $27.

But seriously consider upgrading later, if you're keen on music (of course you are) you will never regret better SQ.
