Are pads easily removable?( thiniking about getting velour pads from DT 990) I looked upi some reviews and what not and they seem like good headphones, wish they were open back, but I will get back to you when I get my check in a couple days if you still want to sell them. Just wanted to ask about the pads

I do not actually know about the pads. Anyone else have experience with them?

Is that the only cable that can work on them?  I do not like/want a coiled cable so could a V-Moda audio only cable fit?  Can't quite tell if it's a standard plug entry (aside from the lock down feature).

Someone posted on another review thread that the pads are super easy to remove and install, and that the DT 990 velour pads would work on the HP100.

Do you have any of the other accessories like the case?

Thanks,

No, I just have the headphones and the 1/8 to 1/4 adapter for the plug. I have had them for just a few weeks and got them used on Amazon in the same condition as I am selling them. They are very nice sounding headphones, but I am downsizing and am going to just keep a few headphones.

According to this review by ClieOS, the locking mechanism means that other cables will not work on the HP100: http://www.head-fi.org/t/636833/review-soundmagic-hp100
