Superlux site down - is this normal?

I bought a pair of Superlux HD681 EVO two month ago and today the headband strap broke.  I was trying to contact them for warranty repair or replacement but when I went to their website I get a server error.  Anyone know if this is a temporary glitch and I should expect them to be back before too long or is this business as usual for them and I should just pursue other avenues?  Thanks, and here's the URL I'm using:

I would guess the Superlux website is just having a temporary problem.

I would say to save the ear pads and toss the rest of the HD681 EVO into the garbage can and order a new one for $40.

I know they're not the most expensive headphones in the world, but to some people it's worth trying to get the manufacturer to honor the 1-year warranty on a pair of headphones I've had for exactly two months.  I just think they should last longer than that.  I wouldn't expect to pay $20/month for headphones.  Or, if I did, it would be because I bought very expensive ones that lasted years.

As long as Superlux didn't recently go out of business and I didn't hear about it, I'll just give it some time.  Guess that's what I was wondering about... Thanks though, and have a great day. :)

I would assume Superlux would honor their warranty.

For the price you might pay to ship the headphones to Taiwan and going without headphones for a few weeks, you might consider just buying new.

(my $60 Superlux HD668B stopped working after two months)
