I will do the same if I get hit with customs as well.

Did UPS bring yours by any chance, they are the absolute worst for these shenanigans.

Burson shipped me $4000 worth of gear (Conductor SL with both DAC boards & LCD3's) to try out on their tour, shipped by FedEx with no duty, brokerage or any other charges.

Thanks for all your patients guys :beerchug:

If you can throw the IEM's in a bubble bag by Royal Post Airmail we might have a better chance of not getting hit with duty and brokerage again as the Canadian postal service is a little more lax or stupid when it comes to checking.

This customs crap is why no one want to ship to Canada and it's a crap shoot if they pick your box or not... ;)

I wonder what revision of Arcana I own and reviewed. Things are constantly changing for the better with the feedback and I'm itching to go for the Acero.

Mine came DHL, I shudder to think what UPS would have done.

OK guys PLEASE use the Hydra, Arcana and Kontrol as paperweights or as a pretty necklace as I am sending you all new sets.

Spent the day making some adjustments.

Have been looking at the drivers over and over and realised that was not the issue. It was the front end porting, or should I say lack of.

So im going to build you all some new sets and get them out this week along with the Acero.

Aww that's kind of a shame, but thanks! Great to hear you're continually making adjustments.

Thanks Bob

Appreciate it. Once again - if you need assistance with freight to NZ, please PM me. I know I am likely to be most expensive freight so am happy to assist.

Thanks guys. You have been very good to us.

Brooko thanks for the kind offer, but this has to be on us.

We just want this finally nailed before going into the main markets. So as you might have gathered, we don't want any half assed products.

Also will send these all out as gifts with no value, so should avoid anyone getting any charges (even though customs should not have to start with).

Thank you one and all.

Thanks Bob, very generous and very much appreciated!

Indeed! Bob deserve a honor xD at least they don't make changes after they have officially hit the market to make early adopters to purchase another one or be sad.

My local custom didn't even asked me to open the box and present to him the headphone this time @.@

OK guys, late night for me as usual.

Final SS sorted. No more SS tweaks. Finished . Done...yippee!! All new gear out to you by no later than Thursday Friday.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised (night and day I would say), considering you have a basis for comparison with the not needed gear you have there now.

Will do the usual and let you all know by PM with the tracking info etc.

Nice Logo and looking forward to the hearing the new gear. Thanks for listening and working to improve your products.

Most Excellent Logo, I like it!

My package was waiting for me when I got home, DHL delivered it.

The valuation on the product was set at £30 which is $54.75 CAD. Canadian Border Services the thieves that they are decided I should pay GST & PST on that value. Then DHL dropped their handling fee of $15 for a grand total of $25...

I'll be filing a claim with the CBSA with all intentions of getting the tax refunded. This is a principal thing and nothing to do with money, I am just tired of the BS government grab that they do because most people will let it slide by in the Canadian way and say well that's life...

A little entertainment as well, it will cost them more to write the refund cheque. biggrin.gif

Now to get that box open!
