Need a DAC as upgrade/replacement to xonar STX

I'm currently using my XONAR STX for music & games with my AKG K702 headphones

would like to gain some space in my PC so looking for a usb dac with built amp (if required) that is superior to a STX (upgade)

 

what i require:
6.5mm headphone jack

 

bonuses

Toslink connection

RCA

toslink connector would be handy

budget <500 pounds?

If you want RCA inputs, you could go for the Audio-GD Compass 2 with any of the 3 different DAC sections. It's like a upgraded 15.32/11.32 with analog inputs.
