hey guys I am looking for good short interconnect cable with both sides to be male 3.5mm to connect them to a jack input of an external amp

So I need one that is short

the original cables that came with the fiio x3 suck bad and I had 2 of them and both of them are malfunctioning

the price range up to 30 USD

i am really wondering how come both cables I have from fiio are now malfunctioned, is there a certain precaution I should do before plugging in cables to an portable external amp like the ifi ican nano

In the US, Blue Jeans Cable occupies the sweet spot between high quality and low price.

I think the go-to cables are Monoprice. Inexpensive but still quality made. You can find them on amazon or google them directly.

I think the most typical cause of cable failure is when there is insufficient strain relief in the cable and the copper wires on the inside break and cause open-circuit problems. The monoprice cables I've ordered all have much heavier-duty construction than the freebie cables that come with electronics. I've had none of them fail on me thus far. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Cheers

I am using this, Oyaide HPC-MSS. You'll have to order it from Japan though. It isn't expensive, around $20 or so, but forwarding service might cost $15. It can be found on eBay for $40.
