Time to update my custom IEMs. Recommendations?

Long time away from Head-Fi!  Years ago I went with UE 5Pro and then UE 10 iems based on the great reviews around here.   I would like to update them, and wanted opinions on the service from the current companies.  Based on the threads around here, JH Audio seems pretty slow to respond.  Noble looks very interesting.  Any other suggestions?

Note:  This set is mainly for air-travel, so I do want an elevate bass response to help compensate.

Two thumbs up for Alclair.

Noble Audio does great bass for all their CIEMs, plus jaw-dropping designing.
If that doesn't work, then the JH16 Pro can be an option, or even the Roxanne.

Hey someone else up here in MN!  It's funny, I just hit my 1 million mile mark with Delta, and have never seen anyone with a pair of custom IEMs.
