Just lookin into CIEMs. budget around 1000, any suggestions?

So I like my turbine pro coppers, but after listening to the HD600s they seem a bit to heavy for my taste.... any CIEM's that have

good balance and great detail would be great. I wouldn’t deny an extra “oomph” also, just not to the level of +10db.....(MTPC)

What company, in your opinion, gives you the best customer service when it comes to ciems?

thank you!!!

JH13 Pro gives a great balanced and detailed sound signature. I personally think UE has the best customer service, but I've only ever tried three companies.

Interesting comments on UE.  I too have had very good service with UE.  I blew out a set of UE10s by accidentally hitting the volume switch (WAY out of warranty time) and they did an amazing fix for only $150.

But the custom UEs are rarely mentioned any more around here . . .

I'm becoming a broken record so I hope folks don't get sick of me. Alclair offers top-notch customer service and their RSM is unreal.

The UERMs are immensely popular, I like them more than the JH13 Pro, it just doesn't seem like something he would like.

Truthfuly, from my standpoint I probably would like any upgrade. Besides, a IEM is very different from big full sized headphones....

Well, if you love the HD800's sound signature, then the UERM would definitely be a better choice. If not, you might end up hating their flat sound.
