Wow, nice score on that XB500, brings back memories of the old series which was much better than the new in every way(fit, construction, looks, and of course sound). Keep that and never let it go(go to your grave with it xD).

^^  lol, even my old (the zilver one) goes with me in my grave ...I need good cans in the hereafter

Not sure who on this list ordered the Digizoid ZO3 (aka FS) but here's a link to the input I had on it.  Got it this week, and after a weekend of using it outside a bunch, like it a lot.

Guys, I have some bass cannons on my head, you will never believe what they are. Stronger bass than my D2K, yes, for realz.

The Takstar HI 2050 with Shure 840 pads on them. I tried them out stock and was like... eh. Put on my DT990 pads and they produced the same eh sound, but then........... I put the 840 pads on while I already had my E12 on bass boost and about blew my head right off my shoulders. They hit so hard it's nuts. If there are any budget bassheads here, this is your dream in an open headphone. It puts my DT990 and D2K to shame.

Talking of that, with a bit of improvisation (holding the pads to your head whilst putting the headphones on) I haven't heard very much bassier than a pair of Grado SR80's with Senn HD25 pads... - BAM.

I'd never thought of using the HD25 pads on a grado, that's pretty neat! I'll give that a try on my MS1s in the next few days.

I have been recently addicted to the bass of the DT880.. Absolutely love it.

+1. I love the DT880's bass too, especially for movies.

I also thought the E11 sounded cleaner on high volume, and the very easily replaceable battery on the E11 was a big plus. It also stacked nicely with my Fuze.... My first portable rig.

Nice rig bro and i am buying almost the same for a girlfriend who really likes music but could never buy stuff. The best she listened to was a cheap wallmart like fake dr dre crap phone,so i am given her a WS99,philips mp3 player(wanted Sansa clip+) and E11 so she will have MUCH WOW :L3000: and will be blown away for sho....just could not stand, that she was forced to listen to such crap haha

This humble little rig right here surprised me with its bass output. Punchy, hits hard, and nicely extended.

iPod Classic 6th Gen >Theorem 720 >Fostex T50rp (modded w/adjustable bass ports)
