Has anyone tried the Audio Technica ATH-AX3 or ATH-AX5?

Hello

I have been researching over-the-ear headphones, and the ATH-AX3 and AX5 have caught my interest for design/style, and price.  I tried to look them up, but I could only find them on Audio Technica's website (with no reviews).  Has anyone tried them, and if so can you share your experience with them?

Thanks!

I have also been considering the Polsen HCA-10MB and Noontec HAMMO

Can anyone comment on these pairs?

I am looking for amazing bass quantity and quality without ruining the mids and highs.  I will be using these with a 11" MacBook Air and an iPod touch 5th Generation, un-amped.

These are the brands I want to avoid:

Beats

Bose

Skullcandy

Urbanears

Creative

Sony

I just bought a pair of V-MODA Crossfades, but I am still curious about how the ATH-AX* series sound...
