AK240 left channel problem

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my Astell & Kern AK240 and I was wondering if somebody ever had that problem. Whenever I play an album in DSD format and then change to another album in master or redbook, the left channel stop playing. I have to restart my AK240  to make it work again, but everytime I change from a DSD album to a master or redbook album, it stop working again. I have the latest firmware installed. I contacted the company but after 3 emails, I still have no answer from them.

Anybody else had that problem? If so, how did you fix it ?

Thank you.

No reply to your emails? Great service from a company whose products almost literally are worth their weight in gold. I hope you get it resolved.

Give them a call!I was able to get through to them a couple of times although it can be difficult sometimes!

I did have a corrupted DSD file, that locked up my AK-240, it also played at 4x speed. Couldn't get it to play on Korg either. I deleted the file, runs normal again.
