First things first, money aint no thang'!
So I'm looking for headphones that accurately tells me where gunshots come from by sound. By this i mean they should have freaking amazing surround sound.

The reason i need closed back is because im going to be using it on LAN parties,

Thanks

AKG K550 or ATH-A900X, Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 80ohms if you prefer more bass and more isolation.

I'd have to say nothing can beat open-back headphones (particularly AKG's Q's/K's) when it comes to surround sound... I can tell you that no razer/5.1 headset that I've heard has beaten my Q701's in terms of surround.

Do you think I could go for the Q701s for use on lans? And what amp/dac should i have? Is amp/dac necessary?

Use virtual surround like Razer Surround (or one of the Dolby headphone surround things if you have a sound card that can support it). Virtual surround with a good pair of open backed headphones will allow you to determine where sounds are coming from pretty accurately.
