Sennheiser Momentum (Fake???) Help required

I've been looking at trying to get a good deal on Sennheiser Momentums recently as I am only able to spend £150 max (most likely second hand) but really would love these headphones. I have just found these on Ebay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SENNHEISER-MOMENTUM-HEADBAND-HEADPHONES-100-GENUINE-BRAND-NEW-AND-SEALED-/281313451409?pt=UK_AudioVisualElectronics_HomeAudioHiFi_Headphones&hash=item417f969d91

It seems too good to be true so it probably is I know but it is from a private seller with 100% positive feedback and they are based in UK which makes me more tempted. I know there is no definitive way of telling but I want so much for these to be genuine and thought I should ask for someone with more experience than me for their insight.

Thanks in advance.

Description says that they are ivory colour but photo shows the rare black version. If they are ivory inside the box then I'm 99% sure that they are fake.

Yeah I had a look at some of the previous listings and he/she has sold these under the same name and picture a number of times. Although the others say brown in colour despite the same picture being used. I was hoping it was just a listing error but I'm unsure. Any other thoughts?
