Organizing collection - seperate songs

Hey all,

My music collection is getting bigger and I need some help.

All the songs that I have are mostly seperate, if I listen to an album most of the time I use Spotify.

So for the music that I have, currently I have one big map => Music

In there are all the mp3 files named like this: Artist - Song (Original Mix).mp3

I import the music to itunes and give fill in the tags and albumcover.

Now should I keep it this way or make a file order like this:

Music < Progressive house <  ...

< Electro House<...

Also what program would you guys recommand instead of itunes?

I'm guessing you're using an Apple here? I would recommend you to try Vox or Miro, both of them supports more formats than iTunes can.
As for the sorting of your music, you could just fill in the artists, album and everything else, iTunes would do the rest.
