Need suggestions for portable DAC/Amp

Hi guys,

I've done some research but still can't seem to find the right device for me, so I'm looking for some more opinions.

Here are the factors most important to me:
+ Works with Android OTG. Ideally natively without special software on Galaxy S4.
+ Very compact. USB stick sized ideally.
+ Resistant to RF noise. Don't want it to pick up nearby mobile interference.
+ Battery self-powered ideally.
+ Warm detailed sound signature without harsh treble (I have bright IEMs)
+ Ideally under $200 or so.

Any help is much appreciated :-)

Fiio E17s. Have them myself and you can easily adjust the EQ if you feel the treble might be harsh ( doubt it will change it much on default )  - Plug and play basically - Why use battery when you can charge using usb.

:P

Thanks!

How does the E17 rate in sound quality compared to other options? I've heard mixed opinions on Fiio products.
