Recommend an in-ear for audiobooks ONLY

My wife has an iPod Nano that she uses to listen to audiobooks while she works. She ONLY listens to audiobooks, NEVER music. Her work environment is pretty loud, so she'd like to move to something that provides some isolation from the outside sounds. Right now, she's using the white iBuds that came with her iPod and the audio quality is perfectly satisfactory, she's just looking for isolation from noise. Here's really what she's looking for:

1) Low cost
2) Clarity of spoken word
3) Naturality of spoken word
4) Potentially rolled off a bit on top and on bottom to eliminate the excessive bass or excessive treble of some bad recordings
5) Must be able to be driven off the iPod Nano as she will never have a headphone amp
6) 10dB or more isolation from outside noises

Any suggestions?

Any IEM should be fine. It won't make much difference if she doesn't listen to music.

The Xiaomi pistons with comply foam tips or the moxpad x3 (triple flange tips have HUGE amounts of isolation. The moxpads have a detachable cable too.
