Hi guys, im somewhat a beginner in the audio world but im learning...

I've been looking for a good headphone for my simple home theater... speakers arent really an option since i would be staying in an apartment...

Now, what im looking for is

1. Wireless

2. Closed can

3. As good as wireless headphone allows in term of audio quality

The only 2 headphones that seems to meet the requirement are RS160 and MDR-DS6500

The higher RS series are all open can, and the MDR-DS7500 is $500, and have to be shipped from japan...

So.. what im truly asking is now, anyone has any experience with those 2 headphones? There are quite a decent number of reviews about the RS160 but reviews of the MDR-DS6500 is somewhat rare... especially head to head review is practically non existent.. Im having difficulties deciding between them...

I would be using those headphones mainly for watching movies (most of them with 5.1 or 7.1 high ress DTS-MA), if i understand it correctly, the RS160 doesn't decode and do not have separate drivers/speakers to support surround sound. The MDR-DS6500 does have necessary hardware and software to support surround sound. However, is the surround noticeable? Also, does the 5.1/7.1 speakers reproduce good quality/accurate sound? Or should i just stick with RS160 2.1 sound? I do not want to trade of good sound (dramatic sound effects, clear vocals, clear background music) be it for movie/music for mediocre surround because once in a while i would want to rest on the bed, or walk around the house while listening to music.

It seems however, the general consensus with 5.1 or 7.1 headphones is that they sounds bad / very bad for music compared to stereo headphones, that is why im weary of the MDR-DS6500. Anyone can shed some light regarding the audio quality of that headphone please.I do know that asking for audiophile grade of headphone + wireless seems like a stupid mix, and i do understand that those 2 won't sound as good as any decent wired headphones with good DAC and amp... but thats not the point... the point is, if i would listen to music with them which will sound better, and is it by a huge margin?

Now, if there is other headphones that somewhat meets those categories of being wireless, closed can, and very good audio quality please recommend me ...

Thank you
