"Professional" analog to digital converters for under or around 100USD?

Does anybody know of any "professional" analog to digital converters for under or around 100USD?

I put professional in quotation marks because it doesn't actually have to be professional, but something good, beyond low-end consumer stuff if you know what I mean.

Something that will at least do 96kHz/24-bit. I can't seem to find anything on Amazon or anywhere that isn't basic low-end consumer crap with modest reviews or specs.

It would be nice if it had digital optical out, digital coaxial out, and USB out. Maybe something with it's own software.

I plan on digitizing all my vinyl records onto my computer using loss-less audio formats.

Thanks a bunch in advanced.

The ART USB Phono Plus has worked for me.

I don't know if you can find one.
