Well the title pretty much explains that I need help choosing mid to high (not too heavy on bass) over ear headphones that are closed back for under $300. Any help you can offer will be appreciated! Thank you!

What kind of device will you hook the headphones up to? Do you have a headphone amp?

Hello,

If you do not wish to pair it with an amp, I'd say the MOMENTUM over ear or PSB M4U1. Neutral or balanced sound. The AH-D600 is a pretty good choice as well.

Hope it helps

It would just be attached to an iphone, no headphone amp.

I was seriously considering the m100's but these new options are confusing me! smily_headphones1.gif I really like V-moda's durability, are there any others like it?

The AH-D600 does have pretty good durability! But if you really like the M100, go for it xD at the end of the day, you are the one who is enjoying it xD
