Replacement for Creative Aurvana Lives

Stepped on my cable and snapped them. Considering fixing it myself but kinda of a hassle since i dont have the tools to do it. Is there a good replacement in terms of comfort and sound for around $100. Preferable one with a detachable cable.

It depends on how you like listening to your music and how close your current headphones are from that "ideal sound".

You should read about Gemini HSR-1000 (Takstar Pro 80).

Best Luck!

Both of these are the same headphone, for one manufacturer makes the same cups and drivers, and then they are rebranded for different sellers. While those generally run $125 to $150, you can get the NVX Audio XPT100 version of them for only $80 from Amazon.
