Fixing an older FiiO E7

Hey guys I broke part of my E7 a few years back (if i remember correctly they had issues at one point with the headphone jacks).

Is it possible to replace the jacks myself or am I limited to just using it as a DAC?
Feels weird asking this late, but I figured why not.

Thanks!
