Multiple recommendations were made, and more than one person has said that no pair of headphones is going to meet all of your criteria. People are still recommending products that will get you as close to a perfect match as possible because they are trying to be helpful.

This is the best I can come up with:

SRH840 has an accurate soundstage. It won't sound open, but it will sound surprisingly accurate. Besides that, it has the oval pads you want. The sound is warmish but pretty clear; it's a great all rounder. You might not like the headband, but you can mod that.

Bro, here's suggestions with an s for you:

If you are getting frustrated with people's recommendations here, these threads (especially the second one, about gaming headphones) would be a great place to look.

i just don't know what to reply, and i need to go do other jobs and search for headphones not just from this site.

Shure's here are ALL overpriced, all of them... and also the SRH840 looks like my M50's, not the most comfortable out there.

geez i already considered everything, give me a break
isn't the A900X discontinued? couldn't find it anywhere in stock here atleast. soundmagic hp100 is not available here in my country.

OK i have a feeling i should save up some money and go for AKG K550?... since most of you recommend it.
i have read reviews that the sound stage is so wide, its kinda too wide for a closed back and then some of the sound becomes contaminated?
like how is it compared to my M50?

People might have gotten the sense that you would find fault with every suggestion (as in this thread: http://www.head-fi.org/t/535729/closed-hp-for-classical-300-800-list-of-what-i-dont-want-inside-d).

But we finally have some focus: K550 vs M50.

Let's try to keep things polite.

Soundmagic HP100 is a Chinese brand headphone and is available pretty much everywhere via Internet sellers. For example, MP4Nation is an international seller that carries it. If they don't ship to your country, most likely there is someone who does.

That makes no sense to me. Never heard anyone describe them that way before you. The soundstage is definitely superior to the M50s, which are often criticized for their small soundstage.

As for comparison to the M50s, as I already told you, the M50s have more bass emphasis, although the K550s do have good bass extension. Thus, the K550s have more emphasis on the mids.

uuhhh yeah i think i'm gonna go with the AKG K550. hope its not out of stock in my country ...
well good to hear, M50's bass is already a little too much for me atleast, i'm not a basshead, i just need detail and clarity but with the soundstage that is wide.
i'm gonna report back later (or may be never, well not on this thread atleast),

thanks guys!

EDIT: say i wanna know, does the M50 has/have anything that excels in terms of sound quality compared to K550?
yes just the sound, don't compare the physique please, its like comparing apple and oranges

Where here, exactly? It's hard for everyone to make suggestions given a budget when we have no idea how much these are over there (and how shipping costs can factor in), or what is even available, unless we stick with only what was mentioned, in which case it's very likely none of the people replying to you have tried those, and it's problematic for anyone to sugget soemthing that s/he hasn't had any real experience with past directing you to read reviews there as they seem to match what needs or cahracteristics might have been mentioned.

In any case, nearly all the headphones that appeared here are available in all retail stores here in Metro Manila, especially the DT770; SG for sure has all these, HK too. You can just hold on to your headphone cash and then spend it when you go on vacation to SG or HK if shipping will be a problem, like if your Customs agents are either strict or corrupt. If you don't have such issues, and you have a credit card, check with your bank if they have an "eCredit Card" or something like that to go with your existing MasterCard or Visa, as such cards are tied to the same account but have different security measures that make it easier to reverse fraudulent transactions* while preventing your regular card from getting cloned and going on a spending spree in Eastern Europe (happened to a few people I know, including a MasterCard ATM card). Most of the people I know who can't find local sources for audio gear buy them in SG, even if they don't do so personally. All it takes is to know a local who has the same interests to go to SG (maybe on business) and then has time to go out and buy it.

*If not catch them; sometimes the security measured are tipped off even in legit transactions so the bank calls you to confirm

Some people prefer the bass on the M50 and hate the typical AKG sound. Given you're not a basshead that allows for some more possibility that you might like them.

i live in indonesia, the pricing here are really weird. if its cheap, then its probably more cheaper than any country nearby, but if its expensive, then it can get TWICE the price of the MSRP.
anyways, i don't want to get into international business if i can find them(headphones) in my local online shop.
