JVC HA-S400 or Sony ZX600 for portable use?

Hi guys,

I am looking for cheap, small, comfy headphones for everyday usage in transport on the way to work.

These two are available for around 30-40eur in my area, so if they beak or if I forget them in the train it is no big deal.

I am looking for:

1/ Forward mids

2/ Some bass

3/ None harsh treble (actually this could even be in 1st position as I am really sensible to treble)

I came across these two models for some reason (I can get the Sony V55 for the same price but it is already a bit big for every day carry) but any recommandation is very welcome.

Thanks for your help.

The S400s are definitely a good headphone for their price, but they are a fairly warm sounding headphone. And I don't think anyone would ever call their treble harsh, once you burn them in some.
