Headphone and Amplifier Input Compatibility

Good Evening!  I just purchased a pair of Beyer Dynamic DT-880 Phones250 ohms...that of course come with a standard quarter inch adaptor. They will be used for Late evening listening at my Apartment residence...plugged into an Arcam 9 Integrated amplifier. The Arcam has a standard headphone input. Since there is a trend towards stand alone headphone amps...will the Arcam input be sufficient...since it's a high current design...with ample headroom. I know this seems to be a fairly standard question...but this is my first purchase of a Beyer product. All feedback will be greatly appreciated. Regards...Headshot65

Headphone output on integrated amps and receivers tends to work well with higher impedance headphones like yours (YMMV). Best thing to do is try it and see how it sounds.
