I'll be there, likely with my Mad Dogs and my little Schiit stack (provided I don't upgrade in the meantime).
Official 8th Annual ChiUniFi - June 21, 2014 - Page 6
Any chance you could bring your RE-400 IEMs? I've been thinking of getting a pair of IEMs and these are on my list of things to consider.
Oh, and as a side note, I think compiling a list of what people are planning on bringing and putting it in the first post may be a good idea.

Figured that since I made the suggestion to compile a list, I may as well do it myself. Lemme know if I should make any corrections.

I'll be bringing
and anything else in my profile that anyone is interested in, providing I still have it.
Would you be willing to bring your AKG K712 and/or your DT990 Pro? I'm trying to sample as many headphones from that price range as possible before I make a decision on what to get.
The K712, sure. I no longer have the DT990 (I've made that more clear in my profile) - they were so tight I'd get a headache after 30 minutes.

man that sucks. never put a turntable in the mail. I'm starting to really believe this.
That really sucks man. You really can't ship non-portable source gear unless its absolutely PERFECTLY wrapped up.

I think I'm really spoiled cause my technics mk5's are built like bricks and only cost me $450 brand new with tax new from G.C. back in 2004. Either U.K. TT's have less build quality to them than a $30 fisher price TT or the American dealers I'm buying from have less TT knowledge than my beginner butt cause they are literally not useable. Thinking about maybe picking up a refurb sota when I come up for chi-uni-fi. At least then I can rule out the mail being the issue. George and I have a much different interpretation of the audiogon scale to the point where I'm going to pass on the replica.
I've never shipped a TT, but I was terrified of shipping full size amps, especially with power and pre tubes. The only reason my Little Dot MK VI+ survived was because of the custom foam packing.
