It's pretty self explanatory, don't you think?

The former cancels noise, while the latter isolates noise.
The former is an active process, the latter is passive.

An often used synonym for noise cancellation is Active noise control, you'll see audio-technica prefer this term.

In the linked article there is a short summary of the differences between the two approaches. In my experience active noise cancelling does a fair job with sounds like the deep rubbling of jet engines, but for most other sounds (incidental high pitched in particular), nothing beats a good set of ear plugs.

The NC is noise cancelling

The BT is blue tooth --- it can operate wirelessly

How is anybody supposed to recommend a headphone for you when we don't know what you want or need?

Cheers
