New at Head-fi and looking for a headphone for electrical - vocal music

Thread Starter

Just as the tittle, i'm newbie here and i'm looking for a headphone that provide me a sound quality suit for kinds of music that consist lots of electrical sound (such as songs of vocaloid's songs and some j-pop/rock songs), a good vocal and little bass if possible.

My budget is around 100$ and i prefer IEM phone because its much more flexible than others. But phones that suit with my taste of music will alway be considered.

I'm consider the sunrise Xcape cuz it's sold near my town and the review is good as well, can some one tested it befofore give me some advices?

PS: my English is not really good and im sorry for that, hope youguys will undertand and give me advice as soon as possible.

I believe you would be satisfied with a pair of Shure SE215's. Should have the sound you are looking for. If you don't dig over ear designs, I suggest the HiFiMAN RE400's

HiFiMAN RE-400 or Astrotec AX35 are your best bets. The RE-400 is more neutral whilst the AX35 is more v shaped. Running the RE-400 balanced from the HM-700 sounds a little better than the AX35 with the DX50. The RE-400 pairs incredibly well with the HM-700.
