well, i will be using it with an ipod and a laptop with a realtek soundcard.

Maybe the 32ohm is your best bet. I don't have a problem running mine off my laptop. But I don't take them out off the house so they are usually paired up with my Audio GD NFB-12.

Now if you get one of those little portable amps that stick on to your ipod you won't have that problem with the 250ohm.

if your device has the newer lightning connection, then you'll need the 30 pin adapter.

Looking at your music choices, my recommendation is the m100. If you're sold on the dt770, get the 80 ohm version.

If you use the E11 with it, it will work well with the iPod or the laptop.

Yea, and if need be, you can replace them with XL pads.

It seem's as though you are already set on the Beyer's though. Enjoy!

You could also probably use a short mini to mini cable. You could find them  anywhere that sell those portable amps.

Oh there's a picture of them on the home page. Check them out.

one last thing just to make sure. it is true they are better than beats? :D

I think they are much better than Beats. And more comfortable.

Oh and check out the DT-770 appreciation thread. Good advice on amps and other stuff.
