V-Moda M100's. Amazing bass. Nearly indestructible. Sweet looks. And of course, great sound quality.

One last thing. If anyone want to know. The genres I normally listen to are... Dubstep trap pop drum and bass drum step electro house and glitch hop.

M100s are one of the best in a closed headphone with bass impact for <$300.

For under $200, I would go with the DT770 Pro 250 ohm over the M50s, but they do need a headphone amp.

What are you planning to plug the headphones into? Do you need them for portable use? Do they need to be isolating?

I mostly plan to use then on the go and plugged into my laptop but i wouldn't mind buying an amp under $50

Get the FiiO E11. A little more than $50, but an excellent amp with good bass boost should you want more bass emphasis.

I'd go with a warm sounding amp. Maybe a schiit asgard or one of the Audio GD amps NFB-10. The good thing is they aren't really that picky with their amping.

That's true I've heard they sound pretty nice with the FIIO amps.

Alright sounds good. so now, last 2 questions. 1. are they comfortable. 2. 250's. or 35's? (my price range went down cuz of amp.)

Beyers are known for being very comfortable. And I would go with the 250 ohm if you aren't using it with an ipod. If you are going to use it as a portable then maybe the 32 ohm.
