At least an MMCX connector would have been nice, it does seem that it is a removable cable from the aesthetics of the strain relief.

BUT NO!!!!

Do not burden yourselves with this extra feature in your $250 earphone please! Or even worse, your $350 earphone!

I believe these use the no-go connectors :)

Ath-ckr7 phileweb review

From the weight when I had it in my hand and prior information, called hybrid structure housing, I had imagined the sound tight braking worked solidly. In fact, for example-based drums and Hiromi Uehara in the "MOVE" is a depiction of such a trend. But those in the "gravity of love" Nakajima Ai's's thick dynamic. And by suppressing the swelling extra low frequency, tight, sound inherently tight that thick sound thick original width of the reproduction is ensured in large. The base is reproduced firmly drive and sense of beat. In the treble side, and make for the feeling that I was a little rampage, and harmonic distortion of the edge of the guitar solo synth Perfume of "Enter the Sphere" and "gravity of love". Lose to bass that is rich, and us to treble depiction Mokona hard. How not to sound open Rashikara earphone's distinctive ATH-CKR9/10 series of Top Model, but the completeness as earphone like earphone is high here. It's an attractive model that will expand the choices in the series.

And thanks for that cdjapan link jant!

only 10 days...oh my goodness, I hope the price cut in the same month will occur. I seriously want a real soundstage with real imaging, and with real natural sound here.

Forget removable cables, and for that matter....

We have used the main EX1000 has been reserved think this might be a good intuition, in dynamic but DUAL PHASE PUSH-because I felt Shakkiri feeling of the high-frequency range is not trivial things somewhat in comparison with a BA It is a fun super-resolution playback of PULL DRIVERS because you how much. You may need to be careful, to the minute you use indoor use in handling it seems to be expected to sound omission by acoustic register and to see the structure is sound leakage and sound insulation is worried a little, code because like non-removable is will no problem. I think you would like compared to the BA and high-end IE800 and EX1000 as I arrived the arrival to the product because a plan of 17 to 20.

That's quite the hype, if he heard it.

I hope the ckr9s won't be too different.

I don't think CKR9 will be any different, just different housing. titanium over aluminum has no advantages as far as acoustic qualities go AFAIK unless they intentionally tune it differently...

Remember this...http://www.head-fi.org/t/586909/the-discovery-thread-new-zero-audio-doppios-pg1197-kef-m200-pg835-philips-fidelio-s2-pg-724/20685#post_10214234

..and now we hear James proclaiming the two top FX's as the same SQ level but different sounding.

So, I predict the same here  CKR9 and the right tips FTW! Though here there is no cable connection difference. I think price and a slightly more consumer friendly signature may vault the 9 into being a just as good choice as the big brother.

Thank you for reminding about Jame's comment on the FX series. That helped subdue my internal doubts there! I am just wondering why people bother buying the higher end model when the second best is not TOO far off. The comments on kakaku only mention the ckr10s, which is a shame.

Especially with the tip rolling, that definitely should alleviate the discrepancies! Thanks again, lol, I do like the idea of having a consumer friendly version, but hopefully one that is competitive against other companies like JVC, Ostry, Sony, and Beyer (with their new dynamic iem that was released).

Update: There were ath-ckr earphones being sold by a dubious seller.

It shouldn't be too surprising if this turns out illegitimate, but ....there's only one ath-ckr9 in stock from that seller, makes me wonder if the poor buyers will get their iem?

It says ship and sold by ib-unit.

Who's "ib-unit"? And why does it only have one 5 star rating?

It could be another way of pre-ordering them, but why allow me to add it now?

And the items that ib-unit market has, you're right, I just noticed!

I wonder why he didn't' get as many ratings as he deserved. Oh well.
